About My Practice

A Life Of Balance

I’ve been a certified and practicing Pilates Instructor since 2013. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.

I believe the Pilates method is the best way for a person to connect his or her eintire physical and mental wellbeing.

I believe in working one on one or in small groups, so that I can give my attention to each student in a safe relaxing enviorment. I believe that people of all ages and abilities can move and breath correctly, with concentration, control, centerdness, fluidity, precision and intuition, the priciples of Pilates. I believe assisiting students to develop the ability of pain-free flexibility and movement in a non-competitive, relaxing enviornment will enhance them, both mentally and physcially at any state of fitness they begin.
